Test Results

Location: Farm ground site

Date: 20th February 2025

Testing Staff: Alex-Macdonald-Smith, Jack Wrangham

Environmental Assessment

Weather in general: Dry and windy

Wind Speed: High

Temperature: 10 deg c

Ground Test

  • Adjuvant was mixed at 1 litre to 15 litres of water, 16L total loaded into drone spray tank

  • Spray system was initiated and cleared of air allowing both nozzles to operate

  • Spray test was initiated, beginning with the most coarse droplet setting (500 um)

  • Spray test was then conducted at each droplet setting down to the finest setting (50 um)

  • Consistent flow was observed at all droplet settings

  • Even spray distribution was observed at all droplet settings

  • No signs of blockage were observed at all droplet settings

  • After spray test, filters did not appear clogged

    • Minor residue was observed in tank filter, easily washed out

  • After washdown and rinse through, clear water came through the system with no signs of blockage or residue

  • Once the system was emptied of water, tank filters were checked with no signs of blockage or residue
