• On site safety manager : There is no dedicated safety manager for this site of 5 FTE out of season. AV Rohel is acting as the HSE Manager, supporting the site remotely.

• Overall person in charge of site : Sandrine Moreau

• Local police and fire : 112 / 18 and 17

• Closest hospital  - address : Montauban

• First-aid trained/certified personnel  : All long-term contract employees on the site are First Aid certified (Simon, Remy, Sandrine, Steve, Romain)

• Clear space of at least 4m x 4m, this needs to be on flat, stable ground, ideally not soil/plant matter. As close to the trials sites to be monitored as possible :

  • 4x4 m area to be defined.

  • Please note that the station is not secured by a fence, and people can walk through the station during working and non-working hours (security risk).

• 2x sim cards with unlimited (or 50gb/month) data connection of at least 4G on a network with good, reliable signal coverage : We should consult with IT personnel but we don’t think it will be blocking

• Do you have rtk maps of the trials sites already for this season? If you do - can you make them available to us for pre-planning? These should be available normally.
