1. You will need accurate plot locations, to get these either send us an RTK drilling map of the plots, or the site will need to be mapped with an RTK capable drone system, corners of the site will need to be marked on the ground.

2. Once we have the plot locations, we will populate your site with the plot locations on our platform.

3. You can then load the app and sync it to get these locations and flight paths.

4. For a flight, ensure these advanced settings are enabled:

   1. RTK

   2. Low Level Flight - this will make the drone keep its height and orientation when moving between plots, ensuring a much faster, more efficient flight. Note - there should be no hazards such as powerlines in the field that the drone may hit!

   3. Multispectral image capture - if you have an M3M, this will capture NIR, RED, GREEN and RE imagery alongside RGB images.

Note: if you are capturing imagery of many plots, and multispectral imagery, this will be a large amount of images to download from the drone, the drone needs to be powered on during this process, ensure there is enough battery on the drone remaining, if not, plug it into a USBC power source while powered on to provide more power.

For image upload, the drone does not need to be powered on, however depending on your internet connection, this can be a slow process, we suggest using an independent 4G, WIFI or Starlink connection.
